Hotel Reservation
The organising committee offered a range of hotels with special consideration for security, accessibility and price. Reservations were made by 15 May 2013.
Rooms were reserved on a first come, first served basis. Once the room blocks at the hotels were filled, the committee could not guarantee further rooms at the special rates quoted, so early hotel reservation was recommended.
The organising committee provided shuttle bus services to and from the conference venue. According to the hotels, up to 20 percent tax and service charge could be added. Rates were processed in Korean Won, with USD figures for reference only.

Reservation and payment conditions
- Reservation requests were handled on a first come, first served basis.
- All requests for rooms required a credit card guarantee.
- Card information was used only to guarantee the hotel reservation, and no charge was made until checkout, except in the case of cancellation.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellation policies differed according to the hotel.
- Cancellation fees were charged to the credit card used to guarantee the booking.
- Cancellation fees were listed in the confirmation letter after booking a hotel.
How to book
Reservations were made by contacting the official travel agency, HanaTour Jeju, with the PACIS 2013 hotel reservation form. Rooms were allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Airport limousine route 600
Limousine route 600 connected Jeju International Airport with the main hotels and the conference venue. The route passed, in order, through T.H.E Hotel, the entrance to the Yeomiji Botanical Garden, Hana Hotel, Hyatt Hotel, The Shilla Jeju, Suites Hotel, Lotte Hotel, Hankook Condominium, KTO Jeju, CSN Hotel, the Jeju International Convention Center, World Cup Stadium, New Gyeongnam Hotel, Seogwipo port, Paradise Hotel and KAL Hotel. For Jeju Wonder Resort, delegates took route 600 to World Cup Stadium and walked for three minutes.
