Requesting an official acceptance letter for a visa application.

Authors who needed an official acceptance letter for the purpose of a visa application were asked to send a request directly to the conference secretariat at [email protected].

In the request, authors provided their paper number, paper title, name and affiliation, together with any other information required by the embassy or consulate.
